	Accatel offers call completion services over its global network, to local, mobile, and long distance carriers as well as to prepaid service providers, corporate customers, and individuals. Accatel's routes provide high quality at a low per minute cost. A single connection to Accatel provides a deep worldwide footprint which would otherwise require expensive and under utilized connections to multiple carriers. Accatel routes traffic from originating Internet telephony gateways to terminating Internet telephony gateways around the world. These gateways bridge IP calls to and from the local PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). Accatel uses a Route Quality Indicator (RQI), along with other metrics to dynamically route traffic over the Internet, selecting the highest quality routes at the best possible prices. Accatel's extensive PSTN and VoIP interconnections provide overflow and redundancy routing to its own directs. Accatel's affiliates are paid to terminate traffic originated by Accatel's customers worldwide. Accatel's customers use Accatel's services as a least cost routing option for international call completion, just as they would use traditional inter-exchange carriers.
